What Is an SE-04 Inspection?
An SE-04 verification inspection is a federally mandated examination of electrical meter installations in Canada. When electrical submeters are installed in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings, Measurement Canada requires that the installation be verified by an accredited inspector to confirm the meters are correctly wired, properly sealed, and capable of accurate measurement.
